Huge Announcement: Manuscript Wish List!

Mike and I are thrilled–thrilled!–to announce the official launch of Manuscript Wish List, or MSWL, the popular site for writers looking to submit to agents or editors who want what they have. Based off the hugely popular Twitter hashtag, #MSWL, the site is the brainchild of literary agent Jessica Sinsheimer of the Sarah Jane Freymann Literary Agency.

We approached Jessica to create MSWL 3.0 – a fully-featured, newly branded site with all the bells and whistles Jessica wanted. Working with Jessica was great as we designed and built this custom WordPress website from scratch. We hope you love it.

Here is what Jessica had to say about working with us on the site:

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that I met Mike and Sierra. They haven’t just built a beautiful site—they’ve changed everything for our company. Suddenly we’re in a different league. We’re seen as professional, competent—and worth the time investment in an industry of busy people with a lot of choices. Mike invited me to dream big and found creative ways to make everything on my wish list happen—and Sierra was so understanding and sweet when I had no idea how to describe the look I’d envisioned. They both translated my “Uh—kind of like—you know…?” emails into something beautiful.

More than that, they were so kind and creative and a joy to hear from. I’ve worked with many designers on different projects, and never before have I trusted a team so much. I love that they’re writers—they really have both the creative side and the technical sides down. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m so grateful I met them.

Go visit the site ….. and if you’re here looking for, ahem, a certain item, here it is: After we finish a site, we relax like Derek Zoolander and have an orange mocha frappacino.

If you’re wondering what the heck that is about, then you need to go follow the #MSWL twitter feed.

To celebrate the launch, we’re giving away 10% off a website– go follow us on Twitter for the code!

Mike and I love this scene from Zoolander.
